• Company name

• Business details

Consider a brief description of your business.

• Director / Shareholder details

There must be at least one shareholder and one director. If one director, it must be a natural person and over 18-years old.

• Company secretary

By law, a local resident company secretary (natural person or a body corporate) must be appointed. A sole director and shareholder cannot concurrently act as the company secretary.

• Corporate structure

Consider the number of shares and amount of paid-up capital in HK$. The concept of par-value has been abolished in Hong Kong.

• Local address

You will need an official local address for your company in order to be registered. We can provide a local address as part of our service package.

For the registration process, you only do 2 things:

• You send us your details by completing our questionnaire and provide supporting documents. We need details such as your company name, business activities, share structure, director and shareholder details, and online ID verification for each person.
• We will prepare the key documents such as your company’s memorandum, company’s articles of association and the incorporation application forms.
• You sign the completed forms digitally.

Every local company must file annual return to the Companies Registry. The onus is on the director to do so. GH Corporate Services can help to relief your burden by preparing the required filings such as annual return and notices of change on time to avoid fines and penalties.
